Cecil Aubrey Gwynne Manning (23 May 1892 - 12 April 1985) was a British politician.
Having fought in the First World War, Manning was wounded and lost his right arm.
He became a member of the London County Council, serving as leader of the opposition in 1929-30 and deputy chairman from 1930-31. He also became mayor of Camberwell. From 1944 to 1950 he was Member of Parliament for the constituency of Camberwell North.
